Berlin after the state election

Berlin has gone to the polls. The composition of the new government and the content of the coalition agreement have yet to be determined. Nevertheless, Expo Real is exactly the right place to discuss housing policy developments in Berlin and the prospects for the housing market, away from the day-to-day political debate. After all, the housing policies planned and implemented in Berlin often set the benchmark for other cities. Furthermore, the German capital continues to attract investors from Germany and abroad.
